Service Description

Eatzap is a technology platform that connects users with restaurants and delivery partners. Eatzap does not prepare food and is not responsible for food quality beyond facilitation.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and delivery information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, resell, or exploit the service

Orders & Payments

• All prices are set by restaurants
• Payments must be completed before order processing
• Eatzap may charge platform or delivery fees

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to restaurant acceptance and preparation status. Refunds, if applicable, follow the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Eatzap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays or losses caused by third parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
